Plain black tea
Sewpur is a small tea estate on the banks of the Brahmaputra River and is one of the few certified organic tea gardens in Assam.
This high quality organic Assam is machine processed (CTC = crushing, tearing and curling).
After harvesting, the leaves are torn and rolled in several stages, which promotes a strong fermentation and gives the tea its strong, malty and unmistakable aroma.
